Ballingdon Street 23-24

Residential

This was once a single timber-framed house. The single storey extension to number 24 was the former smithy. It is also timber framed with an early brick and cobbled floor. This building possibly dates back to the 17th century when Thomas Wright, blacksmith, worked here. Local historic interest and group value.
