The Sudbury Society is delighted to welcome Jenny Antill, a local author and historian with a degree in Russian Studies from University College London. Jenny has spoken widely on Russian history and culture for organisations including Pushkin House, The Arts Society, and Gainsborough’s House here in Sudbury.
In this talk, Jenny will explore how Russia’s past continues to shape its present. Offering insights into the country’s politics, culture, and identity through the lens of history. Drawing on her academic background, professional experience, and her published historical novels, Jenny brings a unique perspective that connects the past with the challenges of today.
