Simon Harris, Chair of the Sudbury Society Planning Committee, recently attended a meeting of Sudbury Town Council's own Planning Committee and presented the Society's view on the proposed removal of the town's bus station to be replaced by on street bus stops only. It is the Sudbury Society's view that there remains a requirement for some sort of 'bus hub' in the town as a central drop off/pick up location.
A PDF can be downloaded here which was presented to Sudbury Town Council. The STC Planning Committee resolved to put the Society's thoughts to the full Town Council.
