Proposal to divide into two dwellings and associated works to facilitate change as detailed within the Heritage Statement | 21 Friars Street Sudbury Suffolk CO10 2AA

The Sudbury Society support this application on the basis that due to the condition of the building, any delay may cause a greater loss than the change to residential use, and on the condition that any repair work and previously approved work is carried out in a manner fit for a Grade II listed building.
