A simple but elegant pair of late Edwardian villas. Both still have the original bay windows which are so characteristic of the late 19th/early 20thC houses in the town, bringing more light into front rooms. The crisp moulded brick lintels above the first floor windows are based on the Norman beakhead pattern. The pair of houses is said to have been designed by local architect Paul Earee.
