A substantial house of c1840 which appears to still have its original sash windows. Probably built by Thomas Ginn and intended to balance his Bank Buildings development opposite. The wall on the corner with Station Road demonstrates the skills of local bricklayers - note the switch to shorter header bricks to carry it round the corner.
