In January 2022 in a feature in the Suffolk Free Press we argued that the proposals put forward by Churchill Retirement Homes were just not good enough. “Lazy proposals have no merit”, we said, “so show us something better”. And so they did.
Simon Harris, the Society Chair of Planning, has put together some slides which show their original scheme and the radical revisions submitted for planning approval. Much better!
