The Society has been involved in a wide range of initiatives and taken a view on many developments and proposals affecting our town over the years, as directed by our remit.

‘LOVE SUDBURY’ CAMPAIGN LAUNCH
The Society’s LoveSudbury campaign was officially launched in March at Sudbury on Show. LoveSudbury is a Sudbury Society initiative to bring awareness to the growing need to combat lack of care in our town. NEWS

NEW PLANS FOR ST PETERS. The public and users of this amazing building were invited to comment on the plans being drawn up at a Public Exhibition. See NEWS

BUS STATION DEBATE CONTINUES. The Sudbury Steering Group has voted in favour of  re-siting the town’s Bus Station to the Girling Street car park, with the loss of over 70 parking spaces. We give our response. See NEWS
