A building with a complex building history, and possibly dating back to the 18thC. Originally timber framed with a lath and plaster infill it was a pair of cottages by the 20thC which were then converted into one property in the 1960s. This became very rundown and in 2017 major renovation and extension work created two fully modernised houses. The workmanship and choice of appropriate materials have created properties which do much to preserve the feel of the original building and also harmonise with the local townscape.
