Ballingdon Street 68-70

Residential

From the pavement these appear to be three mid-Victorian cottages. However, the steep pegtiled roof and exposed purlins in the NE gable indicate an earlier timber-framed core. Research suggests that this was once a single property, possibly owned by the Ruggles family of clothiers in the 17thC.
