A large Edwardian villa in the grounds of Stephen Walters mill, rather severe looking partly because the lack of contrast between the red brick and the pink of the lintels above the door and windows. Presumably once occupied by members of the Walter family it is now the home of Richard Humphries and Company - a 'niche' silk business producing the highest quality silk fabrics for palaces and stately homes.
