Very plain as befits its function - just the shallow brick pilasters framing the large sash windows which admit maximum light. Significant because it was the first power driven silk mill in the town. Built c1890 by Kipling, Dennler and Company and taken over c1896 by Stephen Walters when Kipling Dennler became insolvent.
