North Street 47

No 47 formed part of a complex extending back down New Street to the former Mill. All are decorated in the same white paint. (See the entry for 42 New Street.) No 47 was the baker's shop and had number of uses before becoming a Turkish barber's. It retains its original sash windows and corner entrance but seems (March 2018) to have become an advertising site for the business opposite.
