Three storey, red brick - quite a dominating presence in the street. Edwin Green, builder and contractor, was established here by 1864. This frontage may be his work but the large expanses of window glass make it more likely his successor Eli Cross, builder, contractor and undertaker. A large courtyard behind which includes an attractive two storey pantiled outbuilding.
