A rarity in Sudbury - a late Victorian villa (1891) where the builder was able to takes advantage of the slope to create three storeys. All three are linked by the window bays running up the front of the house and the house has a simplicity and poise with very little of the usual applied decoration - just a touch around the doorway. Good to see a property which retains its original 2:2 wooden sash windows.
