An innovative design from the Edwardian era with the traditional pitched roof replaced by a flat roof - probably cheaper to build and perhaps thought more in tune with the new century. The handling of the bay windows and porches suggest that the terrace was built by George Grimwood and Son and designed by architect Arthur Grimwood. The terrace was included in the 2004 Local List; since then the original windows have all been replaced in UPVC. First image 2004, second 2018.
