Coombe Vale shares many common design features with No 104 although it dates from 1908, ten years later. Designed by Arthur Grimwood and built by the family firm there are the same projecting gables above the two bays but they are smaller and the roof is less steeply pitched. However, it is another distinctive and individual property.
