A partner to No 114 and probably built by local builder Grimwood and Son either just before WWI or in the very early 20s. Arthur Grimwood loved his balconies as we saw in the design of No 114, but here it is set asymmetrically. There is much use of timber in the dominating gable, balcony and porch and most of it appears to have a structural function.
