Melford Road 74

Residential

The last of the impressive line of late Victorian villas which dominate the high ground above Melford Road. No 74 sits on the corner with Woodhall Road - a solidly built white brick and slate property with a projecting two storey bay at the front, crisp detailing on the string course and on the front door archway and the original cast iron front gate. Very likely built by Clement Dennington along with No 74 on the opposite corner.
