A grand property occupying a particularly wide building plot (which allowed the construction of the modern driveway at the side). The original elaborate cast iron gate survives, doubtless produced by one of the local foundries, and leads to a steep flight of steps. The two bays are treated very differently, the narrower one gabled, the other hipped. Each pair of double sash windows is divided by a delicate stone column - a delightful and expensive feature. Likely to be another Dennington house.
